Need help... can't login to ticket service, and email is down

I haven't logged into the client login site for over a year, but wanted to file a ticket because I am not receiving email anymore (since 2 weeks ago). Unfortunately I can't seem to login to the site and there is no other way of communicating with the JaguarPC staff. Could somebody please help me?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Please send us an email to sales@jaguarpc.com with your domain name and the email address you'd like to use. Also provide us with full physical address on your account for verification. We'll then send the login details to you.

Client area passwords expire after three months, so if you go that long without logging in you'll need to use the lost password link to reset your account. You should also, once you get access restored, add a secondary email account (one that is not hosted at JPC) to your profile. All messages sent from JPC--ticket updates, bills, newsletters, etc. will go to both addresses so you won't have to worry about a downed server preventing your ability to communicate with JPC anymore.
