    In the off chance this is not some spam............

    I set up a Mysql Dump to occur 2x per day for my important databases and 1 time per day to less important ones.

    The Raw Files I have archived in multiple locations, but thee is no reason to "back them up" on a daily basis unless your changing them on a daily basis...

    The "full backup" cPanel makes of an account is stored outside the webroot. Therefore you download it using SCP (as in WinSCP), or FTP. Both protocols are meant for this purpose (contrary to http) and have excellent download management built in.

    So, whatever miraculous product for managing http downloads another spammer brand new and o so helpful user is going to post a few days from now: it won't even work.

    I know how to download via FTP client software. But our country internet connection is too slow. Around 30KB/s only. If use Internet Download Management software, I can get around 150KB/S

    it is impossible for a piece of software to arbitrarily increase your available bandwidth,
