site to large for full backup from cpanel

I am transfering my site from hostgator to here but I can't do a full backup as the limit is 4gb is there another way other than downloading to pc then re uploading?

It depends on which folders are the largest, you can open a ticket with support and provide the FTP logins of your account at host gator. We can try and wget the data from your account at hostgator to your Jaguar account. This way, you won't have to download it on your local PC and re upload it.

I can't submit a support ticket as I can't log in due to resetting my password and sales emails not coming through to my main email plus is not being sent to my other one (forwarded all mail from there).

I just tried resetting my password thinking it might work but it seems that even forwarded emails don't get through to my work email.
