Network problem - support needed

I cannot access my server when my source IP ends in .0 or .255

I have opened a support issue on this twice and have not been able to get anyone to fix it. The support reps don't understand the problem, the continue to say the IP is not being blocked but never look into any routing issues getting back out to the source IP.

What do I need to do to get them to fix this???
