    but don't the downtimes and slowness

    This has already been resolved. Are you still facing any issue? Please open a support ticket if your site is still inaccessible so that the tech support can advise you accordingly.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. The DDoS has started again, we are already aware of the issue and are constantly in touch with our data center. The previous suspected IPs have already been banned and we are proceeding further with the investigation. Please follow up in the thread below regarding this issue. All updates will be posted at the below thread.

    It's Monday morning and my website - which typically gets thousands of page views a day - is down.

    This is unacceptable.

    I think its time that you outsource your servers somewhere else.

    The IPs receiving the heavy traffic have been null routed by our data center to stop the DDoS attack. All servers are back up and responding normally. Please open a support ticket if you are still facing any issue.
