There is a limit. I think it is 1000 per hour but not 100% sure.

and how itīs possible to change that? can i speak to some moderator? or itīs necessary to change the hosting? because they are only 2000, imagine other important sites with thousand of customers.... i must fix that as soon as possible

Do you have a shared account with us?
Connie is right, there is a limit of 1000 mails per hour per domain on all our shared/sdx/reseller servers. This is to avoid spamming and sudden load spikes because of scripts generating tons of emails at a time. However, we have no limits on sending emails on a VPS package provided your mail activity does not jeopardize the performance of the hardware.

i have some shared accounts since some years ago and iīm really happy with them, itīs not possible to change that limit? i only send the newsletter once a week, not every day.

For me a VPS itīs a lot of money i cannot afford

    teknako,

Since you send them only once a week, its best to send them in batches, say of 200 or so, have a delay between the batches to give it enough time. This will make sure they all get sent correctly without getting blocked by the mail server.

well the problem is that I used Oscommerce and thereīs no way to do that, for me it would be not problem, but the only way itīs to choose only one person or all the customers, if you know other way...?

There are many newsletter softwares which can do that, I believe phplist is a good one I've seen many use.

There's likely to be plugins for osCommerce available.

These look promising at first glance:

    http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5233

-- You'll have to deal with this somehow; all that many mails at once is simply too much for a shared account.
