All sites down I really need some help

All my sites are down. I recently upgraded from semi-deciated to the Hybrid200 package with free support and free cPanel. Only to be told that:

you do not have any control panel installed on your hybrid server. So it is an unmanaged VPS and we may not be able to assist you for the issues on the server

I have no idea what I'm doing. Is any one working on support? I answered the ticket 80 minutes ago and I've had no response back.
