    How to Escalate Support to Management

    I would like to know how to escalate support to Management. On several occasions I've gotten people on my tickets who are not reading them and not helping and I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall and I ask if they would let someone else help me cuz they just aren't getting it and they won't.

    Hi BulaRae,

    Though level1 techs do escalate the tickets to next level if they are not able to resolve it, but if in some case this is not happening you can also simply tell them to escalate the ticket to Level2 support and one of senior techs or I will handle your issue.
    And if there is some problem support ticket you can always pm me.
