Hi:
I have a problem. I logged in to my account and decided to look at my User Settings page.
The Name, Nickname, Title, Primary User, Primary and Secondary Email, and Phone number areas are already filled in with the correct info.
The Module Access boxes are all checked.
The area to limit IP access contains *.*.*.*
The password boxes and alternate phone# are the only parts that are empty.
I decided to add an alternate phone #. So I did. After clicking the update button, I got the following error message:
"This primary email address is already used by someone else."
No. Not someone else. It belongs to Me!
He-he.
Should I open a trouble ticket? Or is this something that needs to be corrected for all accounts?
Has anyone else had this problem?
