    Site down too.

    Hi,

Recently I see my websites often down and no received any email or annoucement from JaguarPC.
In last time, when I open new support ticket, Jaguarpc answered that apache server need to be restarted,

I can't understand why my sites usually down, it affects much to my business, although I used Jaguar's hosting service over one year, and I didn't see any error in begin months, however i usually see it.

We regret that you have faced this problem. We do inform our clients in case the entire server goes down for a time longer than a few minutes, but in case the sites go down because of apache service going down (because of a sudden load spike or abusive script), we do not inform the clients. Our alert system immediately informs us if any major service goes down and our techs start monitoring the server to find the cause. However, please pm me the ticket number so that we can have a look at your issue in more detail.

    Hi,

I still wonder when sometimes I can't access my websites, when i could accessable in a few hours ago. When I open new ticket, your support dept answered apache server need to be restart, but I feel very disapointed when apache often be started, while service from other provider is not.
    Please read tickets in below:

    Hi,

Your ticket is already in technical support department. There was a small outage due to Apache web server being stopped on server. It was started immediately. Maybe you experienced downtime during that period.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards,
    Awais
