Site problems + Ticket system fails

Hello, could anyone help me, today I bought a hosting. I can login to cPanel, FTP, everything is working well, but if I place a files to www folder, for example index.html and enter address of the site in browser, I'm getting seems default page of cPanel "Great Success" instead of showing my index.html, where is a problem?

I tried to login to Ticket system, username + password, email + password, tried to change password by lost password feature, tried many combinations and always got the same result, name or password are invalid, so, I even can't contact support team.

What to do?

Please email sales@jaguarpc.com to get your client area/ticket system log in credentials reset. After that you can open a support ticket via ticket system so that we can address your other problem immediately.

Welcome to JPC. That fast service you just received is the norm around here. It can be hard to adjust when you're used to the normal unresponsive tech support of other hosts, but don't worry, you'll get used to it.
