Hi,

I was attempting (still am) to upload some files.
Everything was fine, and suddenly I got cut off, and said:

Finding Host ftp.mycooldomainname.com ...
Connecting to 69.69.69.69:21
Connected to 69.69.69.69:21 in 9.055000 seconds, Waiting for Server Response
421 Too many connections (8) from this IP
Failed to receive response after connect
Host type (1): Automatic Detect

Too many connections from my IP???? Im the only one using my IP. No one else hass access, to the server.

Why is it detecting not 1, but 8! conections from my IP???
And why did I get kicked out. I cant upload.

Im sure there is a very reasonable explanation to this... just bugs me that I have to stop working and come ask... and wait for an answer.. even if its quick.

Hi jcgorospe,

There can be more than one reasons for this , some old stuck connections from same ip can be one of them , if you have not opened a ticket yet then please open a ticket so we can check into this.
If this is a repeat issue then please mention this in the ticket as well and in case of repeat issue you can ask techs to forward your ticket to level2 techs for investigation.
