I'm just another customer, but I've seen that sometimes orders can take a little longer if there's a payment issue, or a country issue, and probably some other issues as well.
Be sure to check your spambox(es) for the welcome email, too.

The JPC System has many Built in Risk Assessments, it sounds like you trigger it for Manual Set up.

This is to prevent misuse, fraud, spam etc.


Also if you paid by PayPal that use to be a very problematic payment method, but I have not seen this as a issue lately but maybe everyone stopped using paypal....
