    Error always been in hosting

    Hi,

I very tired when error always been in hosting.
Last months, I made ticket to tell about error 2 FTP accounts can't connect at same time, technical support fixed it and now that error is backed again. And I must email to support again.
Other problem is hosting usually restarted in my working time, I emailed too but no result.
Seem Jaguar's staff are not profressional now.

What is happening in hosting ? Should I change other hosting provider ?

What's going on with all these users trying to use the forums to short-circuit the ticket queue?

You should understand that business is important thing, so I don't want to see the same error often be occured. When I made ticket, and they fixed error and error be occured again, and i must make ticket again.
I also don't have enough time to make tickets with same error.

    LoL! Interesting question...

    Answer: I dunno!

I ran out of inodes this morning, and it crashed BIND, MySQL, et cetera - @ 3:00 AM local time.

Tech Support fixed the 'problem' and had me up n' running in 21 minutes.

    Excellent job, guys!

Yes, my dear chap, I think I do know that business is an important thing.

I also understand that if an error re-occurs, one must make a ticket again. Or if it's exactly the same error, re-open the old ticket.

None of which has anything to do with my question, which was "What's going on with all these users trying to use the forums to short-circuit the ticket queue?"
