Hi,

Is anybody dealing with rori.nocdirect.com? This is my shared server and all services are currently down.

Lee, yes techs are working on this. I believe your ticket is already claimed by a tech and you will be updated in the ticket shortly with all the details.

Lee, Apache service is now up and we are closely monitoring the server to find out any problem.

Is anybody dealing with the HTTP and HTTPS services on rori? The server isn't much use without them running.

What happened to 100% uptime? I think you'll find that this server has had an uptime of 99.81%, which according to my maths, isn't 100%.

Not happy.

http service has been restarted and running fine now.
