    Been down for at least 9 hours now. Support ticket turned in this morning.(13069086) Assigned an hour ago and no details, no reply. We are hoping to upgrade to a dedicated instead of Hybrid soon, but are worried about all the grumblings/issues Jaguar seems to be having lately. I run a small community based site, and we are in the midst of a big Vday event and this time down is going to kill us.

    I have checked that your hybrid server is down. We have tried to start it but it is giving some errors of quota initialization. We have contacted the parallels for this issue and will update you on this after receiving reply from them.

    Zara, we understand your frustration, however the issue seems to be at node level and we have already opened a request with the vendor Parallels regarding this and are awaiting a response from them. Your ticket will be updated as soon as we receive any response from them.
