Where Is Support? - REALLY NEED HELP!

I just signed up for shared dedi hosting : http://www.jaguarpc.com/semi-dedicated/

and after waiting 24 hours, I have not been able to contact support once via either live chat, or by phone.

My main issue is that I bought this hosting because I need to host a specific script. The script apparently requires PHP5, and for that reason I am getting an error when trying to run the install process.

However, I would have assumed that the said hosting would have PHP5, and it says it does in my cPanel....

So I NEED some support please, I need someone to take a look at my package, and make sure I do in fact have PHP5, and that it is not just saying that in the cPanel for whatever reason.

Someone from Jaguar, please help me get this working...

All shared and semi dedicated server have both PHP4 and PHP5 available on them. You can select any required PHP from a drop down menu after login to cpanel and from cpanel >> Softwar/Services >> PHP configuration.
Once your account is setup, you will receive a welcome mail , including cpanel login details. You can then do it or can always open a ticket with support department for assistance.
