I have been waiting 5 hours despite I said to go a head right from the beginning, support comes back with questions like ' there is a extra charge for of $xxx etc. " . then when I reply again let them know to go a head it takes 3 hours for them to comeback and ask another question.
I know it is a good way of delaying but I need as I said 'URGENT' which indicate importance of my situation.
So please where is that excellent service we used to have? I never used to have a problem before. This is one of the main reason I am with JPC because of their excellent service up until now.
So what ..if you have to increase fees in order to bring back the good service then do so.
