Has this happened to anybody else? I can see one having an issue, but all just gone, even the partial one? What the heck is ...

    That ticket is actually asking for a restore from a file on the server... If you can actually find a newer version from before the mysterious disappearance of all data in the 'bases... I'll owe you.

    Okay, it appears as if the database is there, but the website and control panel cannot see them.

    Well, that problem is a lot better than all of your data just being gone! (Still not good, but a lot better...) Good luck getting everything back online.
