sftp fails to connect to newargonaut

Is there something wrong with newargonaut.nocdirect.com or has sftp been disabled for some reason?

With the previous argonaut server, sftp was working fine, the new server doesn't allow sftp connections and any attempt fails with the following errors:

Connecting to 69.73.139.129...
user@69.73.139.129's password:
subsystem request failed on channel 0
Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer

same thing when connecting via our private IP address.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have checked and verified that sftp is working fine on server. Could you please try reconnect using sftp.
