Eowyn Server Running Slowly

The Eowyn server seems to be running slowly, especially on the database side. Just thought I would mention it so someone could take a look.

We are sorry to hear that you are facing this problem. Please advise did you open a ticket with technical support? If no please do or if you have opened it please provide us the number we can take a look at it. Thank you.

We regret for the trouble you have faced , We have taken care of this as two users were generating high traffic and web server was failing after some time. We have disabled both the users. After that Apache web server is running fine and receiving normal traffic on the server now.We are still monitoring the server to ensure that things keep on running in normal fashion.
