Need an advice for server upgrade

Hi Need an advise an upgrade.

I am a reseller and have about 100 clients some with sub domains etc.
Currently I am on a shared reseller server and it has been pain at times. I want to improve my services within my budget. My budget at the moment is $19p/m but I could go to the next level. Semi Shared or VPS. I also need cPanel as I hate Plesk!

What I need to know is this.

1. What named plan should I choose (I want performance and reliability)
2. Will the current fantastic support also available for the next level up as I will not be able to do any of the shell stuff on my own.
3. Will or can any of the accumulated points can be used and how?
4. Will all the cPanel features will be present in the new plan?
5. What will I do differently then now with my $19p/m plan?

Hi oavs,

We appreciate that you are considering an upgrade but I would like to mention couple of points. On Semi-dedicated (SDX) account you cannot host more than one individual accounts. There is only one main account and rest can be set as Add-on. Though you can upgrade one single account to SDX, which is causing load issues. Also VPS is not powerful than a Reseller. VPS provides you root level access to the server but a reseller cannot upgrade to VPS assuming that it is powerful than a Reseller.

If you want to upgrade, you should consider Hybrid plan, which is quite powerful than a VPS. You can have cPanel and Fantastico with it and we can setup it for you just like our Reseller server and its features.
