How to add an extra account?

Hi, all.
I would like to add an extra account, but I can't.
I go to accounts > choose shared webhosting > I choose 12 months > website says 'cannot find default package data' In the domain part, I select to update my nameservers myself, I fill in the domain, press 'proceed to next step' and then an alertbox tells me 'Please select different package, you cannot upgrade/downgrade to same package'.
I do not want to upgrade or downgrade, I just want to add another account. What is wrong? Thank you.

UPDATE: everything seems to work rightnow. Seemed to be a flaw in the orderpage which is solved now. Thx for your time.

You are very welcome. If the problem happens again please do let us know which particular browser and operating system you are on so we can troubleshoot it using that on our end.

I also have this problem, and have had it for over a year. Each time I contact support they tell me they are working on it or will fix it.

Meanwhile if you try about 10 times it may work once, maybe

Transferring domains is impossible though. It doesn't even ask for the epp code.

All this trouble and a price increase for domain registrations. Thanks JPC
