    titanium.nocdirect.com http down, no response on ticket

    Is there some other big bad issue going on, that there has been no response at all from tech support that they even know I submitted the ticket? Yeah, this is shared, but usually they at least say they're working on it or something. The http has been down so my sites cannot be accessed at all, kinda annoying.
    Those who know all the answers haven't heard all the questions.

    How can people look at the space shuttle and say "Design!" yet look at its designers and say "Accident!"?

    Site finally came up now, but still no update to the ticket. Maybe they're having issues with the ticket system.
    Those who know all the answers haven't heard all the questions.

    Crap, it's down again, and still nothing from tech support. I escalated it twice and still no response.
