So my site's been down for hours now.
I created a ticket, and the first tech said he was 'unable to find your container on the hardware node '
It was escalated to the next level and has sat since then with no assignment. I escalated to management... still no response. It's been over an hour with no updates.
What does this mean? Is my site like... gone?
I don't know much about servers, which is why I went with the hybrid with management, and I've never had a ticket ignored, especially with the site inaccessible.
We had about 85 or 90 members online when it went down, and we are missing out.
