Please can you look into this with urgency. Clients getting very upset. Also on the server status it is all green. Are these uptimes really ...

    Please can you look into this with urgency. Clients getting very upset.

    Also on the server status it is all green. Are these uptimes really accurate?

    The server became inaccessible via ssh but it was responding to ping. After reboot it is back online now.
