What is going on over there? My website is not accessible at the moment and I have seen and reported problems all day. This is the busiest time of year for me and this is inexcusable.

Jaguar, you are frustrating the heck out of me. My site is essentially worthless at the moment and has been for 2 1/2 hours, and in my busiest time of year no less.

13343351 is the ticket number and I expect you to get on this right away. Even though I had a quick response to the ticket, nothing has been done.
