    Can someone look at Nova (1hr no help)

    Ticket 13418899 has been open for almost 1 hour with no resolution.

    HTTP is down, SSH is non-responsive and Cpanel is slow to non-responsive

    You were not already aware of the problem when I started seeking help, if your responses would have been faster you would not have to imply that I am wasting your time by asking for assistance.

    I personally dont think that is the proper way to address the issue, but maybe the customer service standards are different now at JPC?

    How do you know that techs were not aware of the server problems? We have techs working at different levels. If you opened a ticket or called us or started a chat, you must have contacted Level 1 support while the techs who work on the server issues are at Level 3. Level 1 may not be aware of the problems but that does not mean Level 3 is not already working on server issues.
