    This is unacceptable for a hosting company

    More than 18 hours and the server is offline


    Many complaints from my customers.....

    I have many complaints from my customers and nothing can i do....very frustrating......

    All attempts to get neweros up and running failed. We are still working hard to get it back up as soon as possible. Please check the respective thread for updates.
