    Load was bit high in the server and it has been taken care of.

    JaguarPC has an outstanding technical support team. They keep a constant eye on our servers and if they see a spike or a potential high load then they do take measures to quickly stabilize those loads.

    It is good to hear that your situation was rapidly resolved.

    That has not been our experience at all, especially for the last 11 days of issues we've had with the kvothe.nocdirect.com node. We've had to wait hours after submitting & updating tickets and calling tech support (if the tech support phone system is working). We've had repeated problems every day for the last 11 days on our node and get a different excuse every time (that is if they tell us anything at all except "looks OK now, let us know if you have any further problems"). It's only after we start to complain publicly (in this forum and others) that we seem to get the attention of JPC tech support.

    Perhaps you could ask your "outstanding technical support team" to keep an eye on the kvothe.nocdirect.com node so we stop going down several times a day.

    Support is watching your node and all other nodes. Our apologies that you have consistently been plagued with troubles. We are making every effort to rectify the issues which have caused you problems. Our support phone system is operational although the ticket system is still the best method to use when you need assistance. Thank you for choosing JaguarPC as your hosting provider.
