Could you please open a new support requests with the queries that you had sent in ( that had not yet been answered ), as we are unable to retrieve them. We shall be glad to look into the support requests as they come in.The ticket queue file has become corrupt and thus we have lost somewhere close to 500 tickets. I just tried to add one about the flaky HTTP on mercury, but I got this error:

    CGI ERROR
    ======================================== ==
    Error Message : error in add_record. unable to open database: ./secure/open.db.
    Reason: Permission denied

    ======================================== ==

    Please enable debugging to view more error details.
    Edit your .cfg file(s) and set $db_debug = 1;

    The ticketing system is up and running now. We have sent in test tickets and have confirmed that everything is working fine now. Please do try to open a new support request again.

    How long is it reasonable to have to wait to get assistance?

    I entered tickets in the system this morning, which were lost when the system crashed. I reentered the tickets this afternoon when I saw that they were gone. I got a response from Suzy that my account was being suspended since she needed to inspect a file in my home directory. That was a couple of hours ago. I've updated my tickets with further information and request for clarification, but there has been none forthcoming. To my mind, this is a result of the outage which began yesterday morning, so it feels to me like I've been waiting more than 36 hours for this problem to be resolved. And then the temporary fix is to disable my account, which renders the one tiny functioning part of my service non-functional. Until the account was suspended at least the SSL portion of my website was functioning. Now that doesn't work. And my client who relies on a secure script on my site is now pissed off at me. How do I get some assistance on ticket number 1048971401? This is getting REALLY frustrating!! HELP!!!
