    Exclamation fast ?

    I have received fast responses from the help desk everyday until Friday. My deadline was to finish a project by this weekend but no one every replied to my last response in my ticket. Since then I log into the ticket system and it cannot find any matching records for my username. This seems very strange to me; it seems as if my ticket has been closed even though the issue has not been resolved since. I thought it was a problem with my code, but when testing it on another linux machine; it worked well. Now I try to telnet and ftp to my server (66.227.71.161), and the connection fails. Can or Will anyone help me with my issues?

    It appears that the ticket system database was corrupted. Also on Friday several of the servers were compromised, so the techs were busy repairing and securing the servers, slowing the rate tickets were being answered.
