I have to say it's usually fairly fast, but this weekend's issue with Plutonium is disgusting. It's been crawling slow for at least two days ...

    How to receive FAST support :)

    I have to say it's usually fairly fast, but this weekend's issue with Plutonium is disgusting. It's been crawling slow for at least two days now. I opened a ticket early this morning. No response. Still slow.

    Does Jaguar even recognize there is a problem??

    They do, and they'll be on it shortly.

    It sucks when machines are slow like that, and I know how you feel. It's terror on server-parsed pages and database pages.

    Until someone from Jaguar makes some sort of acknowledgement, how am I supposed to take your word that they are working on it, let alone aware of it?

    geez this is dumb... it's the same message board but with different domains. that's not confusing or anything.

    anyways, they are NOT working on it, as nobody from Jaguar steps up to identify what the problem is. At least, they don't SAY they are working on it.

    WOW AN ANSWER IN MY TICKET

    Hi Zach,

    We are checking on plutonium server.Somehow suddenly the server seems to always have a very high load and this is causing it.We will be disabling a few processes and monitroing user processes till we can find out whats exactly causing this general slowdown.
