Iron down

I can't access Iron right now. The network status page displays HTTP, FTP, MySQL, and Mail down.

I can't ping the server and I can't SSH to it...

Hope they fix it soon!

i think i am on iron as well ... in any event my site is missing and has been off and on for several days.

The status board says Iron is back up, but my site is still inaccessible. Is there an ETA?

It wasn't hacked.. At least my site is fully functional.

correct, it wasnt... just some cautionary maintenance that weve been doing to all servers to prevent that.

I'm on Mercury...

it seems my POP3 access is working just fine...but www & FTP access is non existant. What could be causing this?

Me is confused....

Edited to add that this is obviously some kind of DNS error...but it's late and my mind isn't connecting things very well.

One of my sites is on Mercury, and http has been up and down faster than a Duncan YoYo on a greased string for the last couplea days since the hacking began.

Fortuantely (for me) that particular site is just a hobby thingy.

Bottom line is...: Hang in there: Jag will get it right for ya.

Well... finally the servers were ready today...

I noticed they upgraded PHP... And I'm having some weird and serious problems now, that weren't happening yesterday.

Everything is related to my Hivemail installation (a webmail app).

Here's what I got in the bounced message when I send an email to my Hivemail account:

I tried to see if the mentioned file was on the server, but it's not installed.

Here's another one: When I try to check an external POP3 account with the mail program, the POP3 account is in the same server, so the hostname for that account is 'laneros.com', so I don't understand why PHP can't resolve the name

I've been using Hivemail for almost 5 months now and these problems weren't on the server. The program was working without a glitch, until today.

Some staff member, please check the server and see if you can fix it. My application can't work like this.

Yeah...I've noticed the same thing...I know they've got a lot of garbage to deal with since the server defacements this past weekend...but.... boo hoo.

Edited to add that it (does* seem to be coming and going...so it's really nobig deal, certainly not enough of a worry for me to open a ticket. They've got enough work right now I'd think...

Yeah, I had the same problems. It was odd too. I was able to work on my site and stuff. But no one was able to see my site or even check there mail. But I was able to check and Send mail. Which was odd. Site's worked too. Not all sites. Mostly just mine. Jaguarpc wasn't working. And some of my other one's.

But now it seems that my sites don't work anymore. I have a reseller plan. And mult-host domains on my accounts. And resold accounts. Now it seems they are gone. I don't know. I sent a support ticket and nothing yet. So I'm waiting.
