    these past 3 days have been absolutely excruciating.

    i'm probably going to move my data off these craphole servers so I don't have to worry about it getting lost, or server-side config changes being made without warning.

    I don't like these upgrades at all. But it's a good thing to have done. But I just wished they would be here to help us.

    there was discussion at one point of phone support ... not sure what ever happened to that ... but i think for resellers that really is essential. it would be interesting to know how many support staff they have and where they are located and what times they are active.

    umm.... sure

    Murphays law is supreme, or at least has been in the last few days. All staff was doing priority work and tickets as they could. But now we can shift more effort towards tickets again.

    If you opened a ticket, we will get to you as fast as humany possible. Please do not post duplicates to keep things rolling along. thanks

    So it's a PHP upgrade that has caused all of this mess over the past couple of days with all of these servers? Would have been nice to know an upgrade was coming so I could have backed my stuff up "just in case."

    Not good customer service AT ALL. I still cannot access my CPanel, my Moveable Type or my webmail and I've heard nothing from support on the tickets that I've opened.

    Going to check the uptime policy right now...this has gone too far!

    The problem with MT was not caused by the PHP upgrade... It looks like they not only upgraded PHP... They reinstalled the whole machine.

    The problem with Movable type could be some modules missing on the server... But support staff should have no problem installing these in the upcoming days.

    Yeah, they seemed to have re-installed the servers or something. Cause some stuff has been changed. And stuff not installed

    I just wish they'd let us know. The lack of communication is what gets me. If they would just take a few minutes and post something to the forums and let us know that they're still working on things, etc., it would help ease some of the tension around here. I don't think communication is too much to ask for.

    It isn't. they just don't come on here at all. They said they have a top notch customer support or something like that.

    Read from their Network page:

    I didn't even know they had instant messaging support. *shakes head* I haven't seen that top notch customer support over the last few days. What I see is a lot of excuses and non support which really makes me mad as a paying customer. They obviously don't care at all about customer support as much as they say they do, or we wouldn't still be posting about this here. It would be resolved, or at least we'd have some kind of communication from them.

    I guess I'll keep hanging on until I can find a better host...
