    Need help logging Into CP.

Recieved all info in email, tried probably all combinations, but nothing works....I just status of my package and I have an IP addy, Domain, user name and password etc.

    http://IPaddress:2082

They say to use that, and plugin your given IP addy in " IPaddress " which I do, but no luck, I get page cannot be displayed.

Am I doing something wrong? Help?

We all are having problems since yesterday... It looks like they're upgrading all the servers and some of them are offline for maintenance.

Did you receive your server's name in your welcome email? I should be able to see if your server is down or something.

I am finally back into my CPanel and it now has a Jaguar logo on it but now I forgot why I was trying to got there.

Oh yeah, shell access. I guess that will take a while longer.

I'm assuming the server's are back up? Sorry for the late post the forums went down with the servers last night. As of today 5pm EST I still can't log into my CP for some reason... I keep getting page cannot be displayed...

Probably be a month before I can actually use Jag's service... =\

    Try this url:

    http://neutron.nocdirect.com:2082/

I just used it and it asked for a username and password, so it should be working.

On one of my accounts here I get that far Julian, but I get a "page not found" error once the user name and password are entered. It's the same whether I try to access it via the site, or the default cpanel on the server (as in the address you've mentioned above). No email connectivity either. The server and site are up though, as is FTP. Naturally, the network status page shows all services running. This was on a account where the server was restored. Maybe others are seeing similar things today.

I have an open ticket on the issue from about 9 hours ago. No response yet, which is a departure from what I've often (but not always) experienced here. In all fairness, the techs are no doubt concentrating on fixing more serious server issues right now. Hoping things get back to normal soon.

Just an update. Things are starting to look better again.

Cpanel is operational for me again. Everything else is OK here except that Ftp is still refused. Perhaps that's due to some setting that will need adjustment after Jaguar's recent security updates.

Very nice to hear that My server is working fine, although it could be working much much better with some adjustments to the Zend Optimizer... But I just worked out all my problems for now, and it's great so far

Good to hear, Julian. Here's to those working behind the scenes getting things fixed up for the rest of us.

I just realized that I said FTP was up in my previous note. It was when I had tested it this morning, but it ceased shortly after posting my note here. Anyone here have ideas on what the problem might be? It simply refuses to connect, and I haven't changed anything on my side. I'm using WS_FTP as the client. Maybe there's some setting there that needs readjustment. I'm open to suggestion...

    Are you on neutron?

I just checked FTP access and it looks to be working fine for me:

    C:\Documents and Settings\julian>ftp
    ftp> open neutron.nocdirect.com
    Connected to neutron.nocdirect.com.

I am able to login via the command prompt per your example. Never tried it that way before. Looks like it is a changed setting that affects my WS_ftp client software then. But what? All had been working fine until today.

Woohoo! I got in too. Thanks Julian for providing me with another idea to try. I changed my FTP software settings to use the server account instead of my site's URL or IP. That is, logging into FTP via My_Jaguar_Server_Name.nocdirect.com, and entering my account name and password. Something must still be wrong with my account if I have to do it that way, but at least I can FTP into my account again.

This will do until I can get support to look into why I can't get in directly through my IP.
