Status Page -- What username and password?

How do I log into the client section to see the status page? I've tried both my support username & password and that for my website account on https://secure.jaguarpc.com/clients/ but neither are being accepted.

I assume that I'm doing something wrong, but I haven't a clue as to what. Hmm... I haven't tried a Yahoo! ID yet, maybe that will work.

The login name could be your account username or your domain username... Sometimes you must use the top level domain, sometimes only the domain name (without the .com or .net or .org)

The password is the one they assigned to you when you first signed up.

It's usually the domain, such as "domain.com".

The password is not the same that you use for the control panel, ftp, and everything else. It's the one that was initially in the email that you recieved upon signing up.
