New Account and site is already down??

This is the very same reason I left the other domain and site! this is the secound time in one week that I cant get my site to view,people are complaining because I gave them the new web adrress and now Im having the same problem...oh well.

What is your site address, or server name? I don't see any down server on the network status page.

No, The network status page doesn't really show an accurate status. I was told that by greg in a previous e-mail. Cause the status page said that the mySQL database was running on the server I'm on. But in fact it wasn't. And they later fixed the problem. (about 6 hours later)

I think the network page shows if the server is up, but it doesn't tell you if the server is really connected to the internet... That's my guess.

That's probably what it is... hmmm...

No, it shows if a server is up, if the port is open, but not if the service behind the port can accept legit calls. It can be possible that mysql is up but just not working properly.

What status page would you be refering too? I remember seeing it before, but I can't seem to find the address.

http://www.jaguarpc.com/network2.php just shows dns, ip's, and network news. no "network status".

Aha, saw in another post that Les said the network status page is only viewable in the client area..
