I have been down since Monday. I am now able to go into my cpanel, but everything is gone. My whole website and all my emails in neomail have vanished. How long does restoring a site take. I'm running a business and losing customers.

Yes, I did. After two days of waiting for any kind of a response Jaguar finally responded by saying my site is up, when clearly everything is gone. This is not good business.

No response in 24 hours. What's going on??
I'm losing business and the trust of existing clients.
I urgently need a resolution or something I can give
to people by way of explanation.

Check to see if your Public_html folder is chmod to 777.

Yeah, I know that I should have been keeping more back ups. The last one I did was about 3 months ago. I'll do it every week with my new host. I have my website, what I'm really concerned about is all my emails. Do you know what format the back ups are in? How could I restore it?
I changed the name servers last night and now I can receive emails for my domain. It's sad to have to leave Aletia/Jaguar after almost two years, but I could get the help I needed.

We have a good number of tickets to go through and we are knocking them out in the order they came in. I'm pretty sure Jag is calling in reinforcements to help get this done faster. I'll have to check on that.

They're merging and deleting threads as well that they don't want users to see. Someone posted a thread with a link to the Better Business Bureau and voila! It's all gone now! Shady practice if you ask me.
