    All Green on the Network Status Page!

    I'm hoping that's a accurate indication of the current status of all the servers. Thank you JagPC support for all the work and man hours you put in. As a tech support veteran myself, I know what kind of work goes on behind the scenes. In times of crisis, life really sucks.

    While the communication issue is a valid concern, hopefully Greg and his team can learn from the problems of the last week.

    STAFF: Are there any further planned upgrades of servers left that we need to be made aware of? If so, please let us know before the work has actually begun.

    Well, as you may or may not know some servers are having intermittent APIC errors causing performance decrease and could contribute to almost daily hangups. We plan to swap the motherboard for photon soon (as soon as things cool off and clients can have a chance to get back to normal and grab good local backups). this will most likely happen next week or perhaps as early as tomorrow however time will tell. If the new motherboard solves the APIC errors, as we are certain it will, then this will happen to a number of servers to include silver, and others I can't recall as I don't have my list handy.

    hmmm I haven't been able to access the server status page since last week. I mean, I do get the page but the servers are no longer displayed.

    What's the link you are using?

    Thanks for the updated status across the board. It helps a lot to hear what's going on, even if it isn't necessarily good news.
