    48 Hours and still no answer

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

    I have 2 support tickets which are still unresolved.

    My business is being badly affected. Where is the support gone???

    Ticket No's: 1049388123 and 1049500999

    I desperately need a resolution please. This level of support is not acceptable.

    Take a look in the announcements forum. Look at all of the stuff they're trying to handle at once.

    For them, all of the sites on your server combined are by far more important than your site alone, and therefore they must concentrate on getting it back up (whichever it may be), and not on answering your tickets.

    Server Down

    Has the server for my host been down? I do not recall which one it was and the Control Panel will not run either (probably on the same server) for me to find out. It might have been Xenon.

    So far so good (after 14 hours).
    Some php bits still not working but eh, most of it is *crosses fingers*. Good luck to whoever is working on it.

    Angry Need a fix

    I going to be a suttle as I can, but I am very angry right now...

    Today, my site was down alllllllll day due to jaguar trying to do god knows what...I cannot tell you what server I have, because I cannot get to the cpanel. I am used to seeing the site down by now because it seems to be a regular thing now.

    Finally, when my site came back up, I went to check it out and its full of errors!

    I have no idea what it means and its hard to explain...please go to this link and see what I am talking about...

    I am trying to run a community site and its very important to me have this site up and running...

    During the 'company switch-over' a well-established site of mine was lost due to this hosting...I don't want it to happen again!!!

    What can be done?!

    Forgot to mention that I have submitted support tickets...

    Im not a php master so if that does not help I'd drop a ticket.

    OMG!!! This guy's site is infested with 'setlocale' bugs...

    Brow3000, follow the link above and apply 'the fix' that I described to the files giving you the 'setlocale' errors on your web site, e.g. block-News_Ticker.php, mainfile.php, block-Old_Articles.php, as so forth. That should take care of your problem[s] too...

    It was fixed...now the whole site is down again.

    It appears the Xenon is having some trouble, the network status page shows it down and I can not ping it either..

    Okay update it is pinging and back up, however mysql appears to be down still.. Just check out the network page off of the clients page.

    As of 10:30CST everything is back up..

    JaguarPC's group normally get things back to work very quickly,as they did here, unless it is a major issue.



    Next time, I would suggest just opening a TT and letting them know, most likey the will have already been alerted to the issue.

    BTW: intresting site.
