Enter the domain name you signed up with there, and it'll give you the IP address which you can use instead of the domain.

so the actual website address would be?

    http://IP ADDRESS/ index.htm??
I was given a number to access my control panel as http://IPADDRESS:4 DIGIT NUMBER
(I placed my index Html in the top level directory with the other folders that were there already)

does this relate, and what is the exact format of the address to check my site?? thanks

    For example, it might be:

    http://66.227.56.28/index.html, or http://66.227.56.28/directory/index.html, or whatever...

    In this case,
    http://66.227.56.28/
    Takes the place of
