    MORE Mercury problems

Since the security violation last Thursday, my site has been up and down all day. It's to the point where it is basically unusable. As of yet I have received no real information from any of the support tickets I have opened.

For the most part the problem appears to be related to Apache, as all other areas are functioning properly. Can someone on the support staff at least let me know that they are aware of the problem and working to resolve it?

    Thanks

HTTP is down every 5 minutes. What's up with that? Is someone working on it? It's not only unusable, it also proves to be a nuisance.

    Normally that statement is reversed...

The techs are aware of the apache problems on mercury and they have a temp fix in place but more needs to be done.

    Exclamation Nickel down...

08:56 GMT (03:56 CDT) and Nickel is down... All alerts are "red" on the status page and the whole system fails when you ping it.

I saw a maintenance notice awhile ago, but this seems to be un-announced and httpd has been crashing/down an awful lot lately... Anyway to get a month's credit since its been down so much ?

I can ping nickel and I can open http://nickel.nocdirect.com/.

Can you confirm if it's still down for you?

Is it ever going to end?

I guess it's just another chapter in the saga, but now Mercury is having yet again, more SQL errors.

Support, are you ever going to get control of this thing? What is it going to take to get you to move all of our accounts that have basically been down for OVER one week now to a stable server while you fix the problem?

It's difficult for those of us that value our customers to sit around and watch things squander away when they are completely out of our control.

I am very very sure, that when all is done things will be much better and secure. However it takes time will all the servers they have.

I know it is tough when you have clients depending on your website, however, we need to inform our clients that this is for security reasons and to be patient.

Just my thoughts. I am trying to be patient and reminding myself that it will be done soon and will be better.

I think it would be nice if Tech Support would just let us know what servers are done, still working on and when they are done.

This might make life easier for all involved.

Hey Julian Muņoz- I already dealt with the corrupted tables this morning, this is something new.

I'm getting the kind of errors one would expect from this:

That's inconclusive, you could've taken that screenshot of any site...
