    Any ideas...?

I have subdomains and I want to put web page in the subdomains that for sake of argument will not be related.

Do I need to create a forder for each? if so where and how can I limit access to the folder so if I have someone update the website for me that one site is all they can get to?

I appreciate any insight or help.

Create an FTP account with the same name as the subdomain.

    Example, for the subdomain:

    mysubdom.mysite.com

you would create an FTP account name "mysubdom". When you log in the subdomain directory will then be the root directory.

You don't need to manualy create any subdirectories. When you create an FTP account or a subdomain CP will create the subdomain if it doesn't exist already.

Talon's post tells you exactly what you need to know.
