Has anyone else lost any files since the Aletia panel changed to the JagPC control panel?

Or am I alone in this? I lost all of my log files which were created for my site.

I've had a ticket up for four days. I know that the support gets busy, which is why I'm inquiring here whether or not it's happened to anyone else.
