    Question Ticket System Question

When I submit a ticket to tech support, and get a response asking for clarification/additional info, should I...

    a) Submit a new ticket with the additional information?

    or....

    b) Modify the existing ticket with the additional information?

Don't want to annoy anyone in tech support, so if someone could enlighten me as to the proper protocol, I'd appreciate it....

    Thank you!

    Stephanie

Modify the existing ticket. That way the tech that handled it first (and probably remembers what's going on) will be sure to see it again. It also keeps all the info regarding your issue in one place to make it easier to refer to. Posting new tickets can actually slow the process down.

c.) What does TT stand for exactly? I know it's a ticket, but what do the letters mean?
