Been like that for me for 24 hours now. The site gradually slowed down to a halt, and has been inaccesable ever since. The box is up, just nothing is happening!

    What's going on?

    Unhappy We're down again too...

... also on Platinum, I didn't think our machine was one of those affected directly by the DDOS...? Anyway, like you, our site slowed down again to nothing last night (GMT) and now it's completely disappeared Please Jag can we have some information about this????

    Cheers,

    same problem here....

.... same here. Our site on Platinum has now ground to a halt. The last message in the official update section of the forums said that most servers had been fixed??? And the network status was showing all green for platinum last I looked (the occassional red email a few hours ago),- not sure how accurate it is though??

I'm sure they are working on it, - would make it a lot less stressful if maybe they put a few more updates in the main 'news' part of the forum. It might save a lot of unnecessary tickets getting opened.

The most annoying thing for us is 'losing' all incoming emails. Anyone know a way to prevent this? I've been sending emails to myself (from a different account) every hour or so today, and most have just 'disappeared'. I'm still catching up from a similar problem last week,- trying to chase customers and locate missing email orders and payments etc.

Any help 'saving emails' during outages like this would be appreciated!

    Cheers, Simon.
