cpanel down!

anyone have the trailing URL bit to put on the end of my domain to get at mySQL admin/myphpadmin

I always access it through CPanel. The URL I get when I do that is http://www.domain.com:2082/3rdparty/...min/index.php?

I'm not sure that it will work correctly if you don't log in to CP first, though.

EDIT: I just noticed your subject was that CP is down. Since phpMyAdmin is bundled with CP, it may not work without CP running. CP is funny like that--its not really just a gui into t he system management as it appears. If it goes down, it can take several services (mail, for example) with it.
