    Question Gold: is anyone up-and-running?

Eric at sales told me that Gold should have "returned to normal" following the DoS attack, and the status lights are now Green across the board, but as off 11:45 EST my site is still dead-in-the-water ( http://www.qajaqusa.org ).

It appears that FTP is working, but not HTTP or SSH login (I get a login prompt but my password is not accepted).

Are any other users on Gold up-and-running?

When I go to the site, it redirects to an 'account suspended' page, which it can not find.

This would indicate that your account has been suspended.

You should probably submit a support ticket for it.

404 error on the first page there. I'd agree your account's probably suspended.

I'm on gold and up and running fine.

I tried to reply to this thread earlier today, but I kept getting an error when submitting my post. Looks like it should work now based on the other posts here. Anyway, I can confirm what's already been said. I get a "404 page not found" error in I.E., but Netscape redirects me first to an "Account Suspended" page followed by a "404 Not Found" page.

The account that I have on Gold has been running OK here after the reboot this morning. Had some trouble with my connection via Outlook earlier, but the reboot seems to have taken care of that.

Whoops, meant to log back on as lookout, my usual moniker. I had just made up kublakhan to check if something had gone wrong with my regular forum account.
