My website is still barely responding.

I contacted Jag 24 hours ago and have not recieved a response.

Normally I wouldnt be as pissed off as I am, but today my site is being covered in some UK newspapers and its morning already.l

Not only are you ruining your own reputation, but due to incompetance, it seems you are ruining mine.

I have been with Jag over a year now, and all that seems to happen is problem after problem. yes, ok there are some pockets of uptime - but this is only for short periods and is soon followed by slowdowns.

I am not saying that the recent cyber attacks are your fault, but there are a lot of other issues that are not due to that kind of problem.

Could someone please look at my support ticket 1049965885.

It is, but not on the message board side - its still taking an age to pull up the messages. Also to connect in Via SSH and get my Pop mail.
